Young bees in top bar hive

Two photos of what I think are young bees. They are smaller and darker and they look like from some horror movie ;) While I was looking them I think I saw them "painting" the inside of the hive with propolis but I may be wrong here. If you have any comments or you think I am wrong here post it please ;)

Young bees working inside the hive. Another photo of young bees.

Photos from top bar hive inspection

I made quick inspection of my beehive the other day and bees seem to be doing alright. I am happy to say that I see young bees flying around so that means that first newborns since I populated the hive are out. A lot of stress that I was feeling earlier is now gone since queen seems to be doing ok and she is happy laying all around. Workforce is building up and I hope my bees will prepare for winter good in my first year of beekeeping in top bar hive.

Small new comb being built. Top bar hive comb with bees all over. Beautiful bees and top bar comb. Close up look at bees and comb.

Inside top bar hive

I took these photos "blindly" inside the hive. That means I didn't look at the lcd of the camera but just moved follower board and made couple of shots with hand inside the hive. That is why photos are probably a little blurred and not of high quality. I still think those are worth showing and since I am not professional photographer I can show faulty photos also...
